Our keycaps are handmade to order and can take some time to make before sending out, so please allow up to two weeks for manufacturing time.

Please make sure to check your shipping address when ordering to make sure your keycaps arrive safe and sound! If you have accidentally entered the wrong address, email us as soon as you can at nzkeycaps@gmail.com. If we haven’t already sent out your order, we will be able to change it for you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Our packages often don’t make it to Military Bases, we advise using an alternative address.

Please also check what customs duties apply for your country.
